Every sealed item is weight-checked against the manufacturer spec, shrink-inspected, and stored in a humidity-controlled environment until dispatch.
Depends on the set. Modern English sets generally lose value when opened; Japanese sets often have positive EV per box. Vintage sealed (Base Set, Jungle, Fossil) should never be opened — it's irreplaceable.
